MetaMinds builds and audits production AI systems for legal, insurance, healthcare and financial services. It is a small, senior team, and it is deliberately organized so that the person who scopes your engagement is the person who writes the code and signs the findings.
Small, senior, and honest about being small.
MetaMinds is a small, senior team. There is no bench, no delivery pyramid and no account manager between you and the work. That is a real constraint on how much we can take on at once, and we would rather say so than describe ourselves as something we are not.
We do three things. We build retrieval and agent systems for organizations where a confident wrong answer is a liability event. We audit AI systems, whether we built them or a vendor did. And we ship our own products, which is how we know what the failure modes actually look like at production scale rather than in a demo.
- The person who scopes the work is the person who writes the code and signs the findings. There is no handover from a salesperson to a delivery team, because there is no salesperson.
- Every assessment ends with a section listing what you do not need us for. Where the honest recommendation is to do nothing, that is the recommendation you get in writing.
- Performance figures on this site are past tense and attached to a named system. What happened on CourtNetra is evidence; it is not a forecast for your workload, and we will not present it as one.
- Where the work needs more hands than we have, we scope it smaller or we decline it. We do not staff an engagement out of a bench that does not exist.

One wording distinction we will not blur
ISO/IEC 27001 trained is a personal training certificate held by the founder. It is not an organizational ISO/IEC 27001 certification, MetaMinds does not hold one, and any firm that lets those two phrases blur into each other is telling you something about the rest of its claims.
We build products for ourselves, which is how we know how to build yours.

A reader who finds a firm candid about one gap believes its other five answers. A page of uniformly confident claims gets discounted entirely the moment one of them is doubted. So here is the list, in the same place as everything else.
MetaMinds does not hold SOC 2, of any type
A SOC 2 Type II report comes from a licensed CPA firm after an observation window. We have not been through one. US procurement asks for the report by name, so you should hear this from us and not from your own diligence.
MetaMinds does not hold ISO/IEC 42001 certification
It is not held, and we could not issue it to you either: certification requires an accredited certification body. What we sell against that standard is gap assessment, control design and evidence preparation. Never certification.
There is no organizational ISO/IEC 27001 certificate
ISO/IEC 27001 trained describes a personal training certificate held by the founder. It is not an organizational certification, and the two are routinely blurred by firms hoping you will not notice.
No client count, retention rate or ROI multiple
An earlier version of this company website carried an experience duration, a client retention percentage, an average ROI multiple and a project count. Not one of them had been measured against a cohort that existed. Deleting them, rather than finding numbers to justify them, is the reason this site was rebuilt from scratch. The figures are not repeated here, because a number quoted only to disown it still gets quoted.
No client names, logos or testimonials
Publishing a client name requires written permission on file, and none is currently recorded. An unnamed reference we can put you on a call with is worth more than a logo grid anyway.
Everything we do claim traces to a system that exists today, and we will hand you the evidence on request: the CI report behind the grounding figure, the index configuration behind the retrieval numbers, the certificates behind the credentials.
