Refund and cancellation policy
What you can cancel, when we refund, and how to ask. Two very different things are sold here, a file that arrives in seconds and an engagement that reserves a week of our time, so they are treated separately.
Draft 0.1last updated 2 October 2026
What changed, and when
- 2 October 2026First publication. Supersedes the 29 September 2026 owner decision that these products would carry no published refund position in either direction; the owner reversed it on 2 October. Written in the affirmative, stating the five cases in which a Tier 1 purchase is refunded in full and the 30 day window to ask, rather than stating a refusal. The statutory 14 day withdrawal right for EU and UK consumers is stated because the 1 October decision to sell to any buyer in any country put consumers in scope. Engagement cancellation is cross-referenced to terms section 6 and deliberately not duplicated, because that clause still carries an unresolved notice period and two copies of an unresolved number end up disagreeing. No refund settlement time is quoted, because the card issuer controls it.
Who you are buying from
Your counterparty is NexManas Tech Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in India, and this policy is ours. Where an item is sold through a merchant of record, that merchant is your counterparty for the payment and its own refund process applies to the payment itself; the item page says so before you pay, and the terms of service explain the split. Everything below describes what we do in our own name.
Instant products: the files
These are the Tier 1 items, priced between $99 and $890. They are files, they arrive within seconds of payment, and there is nothing to cancel between ordering and delivery because the two are the same moment. So the question is not cancellation, it is what happens when the thing you paid for is not the thing you got.
We refund in full, on request, in all of these cases:
- Payment was taken and the files never reached you, and we cannot deliver them.
- You received the wrong item, and you would rather have the money than the correct one.
- A file is corrupt, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy.
- You were charged more than once for the same item. We refund the duplicate without being asked, if we spot it first.
- The item was materially different from what its product page described at the time you bought it.
Ask within 30 days of purchase and we will not quibble about the reason in any of the cases above. Each product page lists its files in full, with format and extent, before you buy, precisely so that the last case is rare.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, and it exists whatever this page says. For digital content delivered immediately there is one exception: the right ends early if you expressly ask for delivery to begin at once and acknowledge that doing so ends it. Where a checkout asks you for that consent, it will say so in those terms and record your answer, and you can decline it and wait.
If you did not give that consent, the 14 day right stands and we will refund on request within the window without asking why. Nothing on this site asks you to give up a right you have in law as a condition of buying.
Engagements: the reserved week
Tier 2 fixed-scope engagements and Tier 3 scoped builds are booked with a deposit, and the deposit reserves a named start week rather than paying for work in advance. That difference is what the refund position follows from, and the full clause is section 6 of the terms of service, which governs. In summary:
- If we decline the work after the scoping call, or the engagement turns out to be materially different from what you described when you booked, the deposit is refunded in full. The risk of a bad fit is ours, not yours.
- If the engagement goes ahead, the deposit is credited in full against the invoice. It is not an extra charge.
- If you cancel a reserved week, the terms set out what happens, including the notice period and the option to move the booking to another week at no charge. That clause is the one that binds, and it is deliberately not restated here.
A deposit is taken only after a scoping conversation, never from a page. If you are unsure whether the work is right for you, the scoping call is free and is the correct place to find out.
How to ask
Email help@metaminds.store from the address you used to buy, and tell us what you bought and what went wrong. You do not need an order number, a form or a template; if you have a receipt, forwarding it is the fastest route.
We acknowledge every request within two business days and tell you what happens next. If a request is refused we say why, in writing, and you are free to take it further with your card issuer.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not issue credit notes, vouchers or store credit in place of money, and we never require you to accept a replacement instead of a refund where one is due under this policy.
Once we release a refund it is with your bank or card issuer, and how long it takes to appear on your statement is their process rather than ours. We will not quote you a number we do not control. We will tell you the date we released it, which is the thing you need if you have to chase them.
Where you paid in a currency other than the one your account is held in, your issuer sets the exchange rate on the refund as it did on the payment, so the amount returned may differ slightly from the amount charged. That difference is the issuer’s, not a deduction by us.
Chargebacks
You are entitled to dispute a charge with your card issuer and nothing here asks you to waive that. We would rather you emailed us first, because we can usually resolve it the same week and a chargeback takes months, but it is your right either way and using it does not affect how we treat you.
Nothing can be bought on this site today
There is no checkout here yet. No payment can be taken, so no refund can currently arise from a purchase made on this site. This policy is published in advance, in full, so that it can be read before it ever has to be used rather than produced afterwards.
Engagements are arranged through the enquiry form and invoiced directly, and the deposit terms above already apply to those.
Where the rest of it is written
This page covers money coming back. The clauses it defers to, and the document that explains what arrives in the first place, are published in full.
- Terms of service, section 6, for the deposit clause that governs engagement cancellation.
- Shipping and delivery, for what arrives, in what format, and what happens if a download fails.
- Privacy notice, for what is kept about a purchase and for how long.
