Every price on this page is published.
Three ways to buy: a fixed-scope engagement that reserves a named start week, a scoped build that starts with a conversation, or a digital product, priced and specified in full ahead of checkout opening. Withholding prices signals negotiation from weakness, and it wastes the first call establishing whether we are in the same order of magnitude.
Three tiers, because a $90,000 build does not belong in a cart.
A buyer who sees an add-to-cart button on a six-figure system concludes the firm has never been through enterprise procurement, which is the opposite of the intended signal. So the catalog splits by what the transaction can honestly be.

Instant products in detailFixed-scope engagements
$2,500 to $8,900
Fixed price, fixed scope, a written deliverable and a walkthrough. Three days to three weeks. This is the tier most people should start in.

Fixed-scope engagements in detailScoped projects
From $18,000
A real system, built and handed over. No cart: a fixed number quoted before anyone has seen your data is a guess wearing a suit.
Enquiry, call, proposal, invoice
Scoped projects in detailThe artifacts, priced so you can buy one without a procurement ticket.
Each of these is a repackaging of work already delivered: the worksheets, test suites and rubrics behind our own engagements. That is why they can be priced this way without eroding the consulting rate.

Fixed price, fixed scope, a named start week.
Three days to three weeks. The deliverable is a written assessment with findings, prioritized remediation and a recommendation, plus a walkthrough with the person who wrote it. A deposit reserves the week; the balance is invoiced once the scope is agreed.

These are price points per market, not conversions
The euro, sterling and Singapore dollar figures are set deliberately for each market. They do not track a daily exchange rate and they will not be re-quoted if one moves. You are invoiced in the currency listed for your billing country.
Prices exclude VAT
EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge, so we do not charge VAT and you account for it. We capture and validate the VAT ID at the point of purchase, because an invalid one means the reverse charge does not apply.
Every Tier 2 deliverable ends with an explicit section listing what you do not need us for. It is the section clients quote back to us, and it is why these convert into larger work more often than any case study.
A published floor, and then a conversation.
No cart, and no fixed number before anyone has seen your data, your corpus or your integration surface. What is published is the floor we will start at and the range these usually land in, so you can decide in one minute whether to spend the call.
Retrieval and document intelligence build
Search and question-answering across your contracts, policies, claims files or case law, with citations back to the exact passage.

Operate and improve retainer
Three scopes. Watch is evidence maintenance: a dated brief on what changed in the instruments that apply to your systems. Maintain adds your evaluation suite run on a fixed cadence against the current model and corpus. Operate is the full engagement: monitoring, model and cost optimization, incident response inside an agreed window, and quarterly re-testing.
Maintain from $2,400 · Operate from $6,000 per month
Typically Three-month minimum on Maintain and Operate
Why these numbers are lower than the ones you have been quoted.
Assurance work in this market is commonly quoted between $15,000 and $50,000 for scopes that read like the ones above. Ours are not those numbers, and the difference is structural rather than a discount. Here is exactly where the money is not going, and where the scope genuinely is smaller.
There is no sales layer to pay for
The person who scopes the work writes the code and signs the findings. No commission, no account manager, no pre-sales engineer attending a call to be handed off afterwards. In a firm with a sales function, that function is in the price of every engagement it closes.
Fixed scope means no discovery phase to bill
The scope is written down before you pay, so there is no period at a day rate spent establishing what the work is. That period is often a fifth of a larger engagement and it produces a document rather than a result.
There is no bench and no utilization target
A firm carrying people between engagements has to price for the gaps. This one does not carry anyone, which is also why work that needs more hands than exist gets scoped smaller or declined rather than staffed out of a bench that is not there.
The artifacts already exist
The evaluation harnesses, red-team prompt sets and disclosure templates were built for systems we run. An engagement applies them to your system rather than inventing them at your expense, which is most of why two weeks is enough.
And where the scope really is smaller
A $25,000 engagement from a larger firm usually includes things these do not: a written program spanning several months, workshops for stakeholders who are not engineers, a named partner attending steering meetings, and a document produced to survive being read by a board. If you need those, buy those. What you get here is one senior engineer going deep on one technical question, in writing, in one to three weeks. That is a different product, and pretending otherwise would waste the first call.
What the deposit is, and when you get it back.
A deposit is roughly 15 to 20% of the engagement, capped near $1,500. The vendor assessment is the exception: three days, prepaid in full, because the deliverable lands before an invoice would clear.
All four of these terms appear at the point of payment as a checkbox, not behind a link to a policy nobody opens. If the terms are only discoverable after the charge, they are not terms, they are a trap.
- 01
The deposit reserves a named start week
Not a payment on account, and not a place in a queue. A specific week, held for you and not sold to anyone else. That is the thing being bought.
- 02
A 30-minute scoping call within two business days
With the engineer who would do the work. The first question is what breaks if the AI gets it wrong, and the answer usually reshapes the scope.
- 03
The balance is invoiced once scope is agreed
On normal commercial terms, with the deposit credited in full against it. We do not take a five-figure card payment for work that has not been scoped.
- 04
If we decline, or the scope is materially different, the deposit is refunded in full
In full, without argument, in both cases: if we look at it and conclude we are the wrong firm, and if the work turns out to be materially different from what was described at purchase. Declining early is cheap. Stretching to fit is what damages an engagement.
The excluded scope is the honest part of a price list.
Anyone can list what is included. Naming what is not is how you tell whether a firm has done this before and knows where it goes wrong.
We do not issue certifications
SOC 2 attestations come from a licensed CPA firm and ISO/IEC 42001 certificates from an accredited certification body. Our gap and readiness work prepares you for those audits. It is not a substitute for one, and nobody should sell it as one.
MetaMinds does not hold SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 42001
Stated here rather than left to be discovered in diligence. Our own posture is on the security page, including the gaps.
We do not build a general CRM or CMS
HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion and Payload occupy that ground with hundreds of engineer-years and free tiers. Building a worse one for you would be an expensive way to lose.
We do not take work outside this page
If your problem is not listed here, we will say so on the first call rather than three invoices in. A referral is worth more to us than a bad fit.
Tell us which tier you think you are in.
Thirty minutes with the engineer who would do the work, no deck in between. If the honest answer is a cheaper tier than the one you came for, or nothing at all, that is the answer you get.
