Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

There is no physical product, no packaging and no consignment. We do not ask for a postal address, we do not use a courier, and no customs declaration, import duty or shipping charge arises on anything sold here. Where this document says “shipping” it is using the word the payment industry uses; the accurate word is delivery.

What you receive

Each product is a small set of files, listed in full on that product’s own page before you buy, with the format and the extent stated. Two formats are used and no others:

• HTML documents. Self-contained single files that open in any browser with no network access, no login and no application to install. They print cleanly to PDF if you would rather hold a PDF.
• CSV working files. Plain comma-separated data that opens in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or any text editor. These are the parts of a product you are meant to fill in rather than read.

No product requires an account, a subscription, a licence key or an activation step. Once a file is on your machine it stays yours and it works offline, permanently. The licence terms for use are on each product page and in the terms of service.

How it reaches you

On payment you receive a download link on screen and the same link by email, to the address given at checkout. The email exists so the purchase survives a closed tab, a dropped connection or a phone that locked at the wrong moment. Delivery never depends on your browser staying open.

Links are time limited and are issued per order. If one expires before you have used it, write to help@metaminds.store and we will issue another; there is no charge and no limit on asking.

When it reaches you

Files: immediately. Delivery is automatic and does not wait for anyone here to notice the order. If the link has not arrived within a few minutes, check the spam folder first, then write to us.

The Article 50 readiness report: three business days. That product is not a template. A person reads the questionnaire you complete and produces a report from it, and the three days run from receipt of a completed questionnaire rather than from payment. It is the one product in the catalogue where a human is in the path, and it is priced accordingly.

If delivery fails

If a payment succeeds and no file arrives, the order still exists on our side and is recoverable. Write to help@metaminds.store with the email address used at checkout and we will deliver it manually. You do not need an order number, though it helps.

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or does not match what the product page described, tell us and we will correct and re-send it. Where we correct a material error in a file after purchase, everyone on record as having bought it receives the corrected version at no charge. Every file carries a version and a date so you can tell which one you hold.

Where we can deliver

A file has no geography, so delivery is worldwide with two exceptions that are not ours to waive: territories under sanctions that our payment provider does not serve, and any jurisdiction where the sale itself would be unlawful. A payment that cannot lawfully be accepted will not be taken in the first place, rather than taken and then unwound.

As of today, nothing can be bought

There is no checkout on this site yet. Prices are published because a published price is a commitment and it is more useful to a reader than a contact form, but no order can be placed and no payment can be taken. Everything above describes how delivery will work when a checkout exists, and it is written now so that it is not written in a hurry later.

Until then, if you want one of these products, tell us which one and we will say honestly when it will be available rather than taking an order we cannot fill.
