Tell us what breaks if the AI gets it wrong.
That one answer tells us more than a requirements document. The form below takes about three minutes, and it goes to the engineer who would do the work rather than into a queue.
Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.
No pipeline, no nurture sequence, no follow-up cadence. If the answer is no, it is a short and pleasant conversation.
- 01
We read it and reply ourselves
Within one business day, usually sooner. The reply comes from the engineer who would do the work, and it answers what you wrote rather than restating it back to you.
- 02
Thirty minutes, technical, no deck
We ask what breaks, what it touches, what evidence your sign-off needs and who gives it. If we are the wrong firm for the problem, we say so on that call and tell you what to look for instead.
- 03
A written scope, a fixed price, a date
Deliverables, exclusions, fee and deposit in writing before anything starts. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, that goes in writing too.
Two things worth knowing, so neither of us wastes a call.
If procurement gates on an attestation, say so first
Put it in the form and you will get a straight answer the same day about whether this can work. MetaMinds delivers gap assessment, readiness, control design and evidence preparation; the ISO/IEC 42001 certificate is issued by an accredited certification body after its own audit, which you commission separately.
We turn work down
We do a narrow set of things: retrieval, agents, and the assurance work around both. If your problem sits outside that, you will hear it on the first call rather than three invoices in.
Before you send it, answered directly.
Every answer here is the same string this page puts in its structured data, so a person and an answer engine read the identical text. Open one to read it.
How quickly does MetaMinds reply?
Typical reply within one business day, usually sooner, and it comes from the engineer who would do the work rather than from a queue or an account manager. The reply answers what you wrote rather than restating it back to you. That is a commitment about ordinary practice, not a contractual response-time guarantee, and MetaMinds does not publish one of those because it does not operate a rota that could honor it.
What happens after I send the form?
Three steps, in this order. A reply from the engineer who would do the work, typically within one business day. Then a 30-minute technical call with no deck in it, covering what breaks, what it touches, what evidence your sign-off needs and who gives it. Then a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, fee and deposit, before anything starts. If the honest answer is that you do not need MetaMinds yet, that goes in writing too.
What is the smallest engagement MetaMinds will take?
A vendor AI assessment at $2,500 over three days, where MetaMinds assesses a supplier you are about to buy from. It is deliberately the smallest thing on the price list, because assessing a vendor before signing is worth more than assessing them afterwards. Above it, an AI security assessment is $6,500 over two weeks with a $1,200 deposit to book, and the full fixed-scope range runs to $8,900.
Is there a scoping fee or a paid discovery phase?
No. Every fixed-scope engagement publishes its price, its deposit and its duration, and there is no scoping fee or discovery retainer in front of any of them. The deposit reserves a named start week and is refunded in full if MetaMinds declines the work or the scope turns out materially different from what was described.
Our procurement requires SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 42001. Can we still work with MetaMinds?
Say so in the form and you will hear straight away whether it can work, because MetaMinds holds neither. A SOC 2 report is issued by a licensed CPA firm after an observation window and an ISO/IEC 42001 certificate by an accredited certification body; MetaMinds is neither, and what it delivers is gap assessment, readiness, control design and evidence preparation for the body that does issue them. The full security posture, including what is not held, is published rather than sent on request.
What does MetaMinds not do?
A narrow set of things is in scope: retrieval systems, AI agents, and the assurance work around both. Marketing, SEO and social media services are permanently off this firm's offer. Where a problem sits outside the narrow set, you hear it on the first call rather than three invoices in, and where an engagement would need more hands than exist it is scoped smaller or declined rather than staffed out of a bench.
Where does MetaMinds work, and does it take clients outside India?
The target markets are the United States and the European Union, and prices are published in USD with EUR, GBP and SGD equivalents. The contracting entity is NexManas Tech Pvt Ltd, a Private Limited Company registered in India, which is the counterparty on every contract and invoice. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge.
What should I put in the form to get a useful reply?
What breaks if the AI gets it wrong, and who is answerable when it does. That one answer is worth more than a requirements document, because it settles the stakes, the reviewer and usually the regulation in a sentence. The form takes about three minutes; a link to a result from one of the free tools is a better opening than a specification, because it arrives with its reasoning attached.
